A complaint, or something we built is broken
Send it to contact@paperst.ai. It reaches us directly. If something we built is not working right, say so plainly and we will look at it. Include, when you have them: what you expected, what happened instead, and roughly when. A screenshot or the page address usually saves a round trip. If you are a client, say which system it is.
Your data: access, correction or deletion
Email the same address and say what you want done. What we collect and how long we keep it is written out in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information.
