Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information Paper St collects when you use the contact and booking form on paperst.ai, why we collect it, the service providers that help us process it, and how you can ask us to access or delete it. We do not sell your personal information.
01Who we are
The operator of paperst.ai is Paper St Systems LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as PaperSt.AI. References to "Paper St," "we," "us," and "our" mean that operator. You can reach us at joseph@paperst.ai or (747) 745-5837. Mailing address: 20700 Schoolcraft St, Winnetka, CA 91306.
02What we collect
When you submit the form, we collect the information you type into it: your name, your email address, and the message you write (which may include any scheduling or project details you choose to share). We also receive the standard technical request data your browser sends when it loads the site, such as your IP address, handled by our hosting provider. We do not ask for, and the form does not collect, payment details or sensitive personal information.
03Why we collect it
We use the information for one purpose: to read your message and respond to you, and to schedule and follow up on the work or conversation you asked about. The reply and any confirmation email we send are transactional, meaning they relate to the request you made. We do not use the form data to send unrelated marketing, and we do not build profiles about you.
04Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We rely on a small set of service providers that process your data only on our instructions, so that the site can run and your message can reach us. Cloudflare provides hosting and content delivery for the site, which means it processes the network requests your browser makes, including your IP address. Resend delivers the transactional email, so the name, email, and message you submit pass through Resend to reach our inbox and to send you a confirmation. Cloudflare Turnstile runs the bot check on our booking forms, so when you open or submit one of those forms your IP address and basic browser signals are processed by Cloudflare to tell a person from a script. Google Fonts serves the typefaces on most pages, which means your browser requests those font files from Google and your IP address is transmitted to Google to deliver them. Each provider acts as our processor and is bound by its own terms and security practices. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
05How long we keep it
We keep the email of your inquiry and our reply for as long as we need it to handle your request and any follow-up work, then we delete it when it is no longer needed for that purpose or to meet a legal obligation. You can ask us to delete it sooner. Our service providers retain data under their own retention schedules.
06Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email joseph@paperst.ai and we will act on the request. As a matter of best practice, we follow the spirit of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), summarized below, even though our size does not make it mandatory for us.
07California (CCPA) disclosures
Categories collected: identifiers (name, email address, IP address) and the content of the message you send. Purpose: to respond to and schedule the request you made, as described above. Sources: directly from you through the form, plus the technical request data your browser sends. Third parties: the service providers named above (Cloudflare and Resend), acting as processors on our behalf. No sale or share: we have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. Consumer rights: California residents may request to know, to delete, and to correct their personal information, and not to face discrimination for exercising those rights. To exercise a right, email joseph@paperst.ai. This is a good-faith, best-practice summary, not a representation that we operate a formal CCPA compliance program.
08Governing law
This policy and any dispute relating to it are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
09Changes and a note on legal review
We may update this policy as the site or our providers change. The date at the top reflects the latest version. This policy was not drafted by a lawyer. It is a plain-language description of current practice and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before you rely on it as a formal compliance document.
